- Full refund if you cancel by 2:00 PM, 15 or more days before check-in. You will receive 100% of your payment back.
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 working days of the request.
- No refund if you cancel after 2:00 PM, 15 or fewer days before check-in. This reservation is non-refundable.
