House Rules

Things to know before booking. Please respect the following rules during your visit to the farm!

  • Chek-in – 2.00 pm, Check-out – 11.00 am
  • Please respect the local culture and sensibilities while you are here or visiting the localities.
  • As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
  • Wi-fi usage will not be permitted for any illegal / unlawful purposes.
  • Loud music is not permitted beyond 11 pm.
  • Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying / consuming drugs / narcotics and carrying firearms / weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
  • Smoking within the villa / rooms is prohibited. Smoking only in designated areas.
  • Pets must not get onto the beds and upholstery
  • Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
  • No compensation / claims will be made in event of any mishap / theft / loss, or electricity-power failure or any equipment gadget malfunctions.
  • Housekeeping / room cleaning is done on alternate mornings in presence of the guest. Additional cleaning on request.
  • Kindly refrain from plucking fruits or vegetables at the farm. Please contact any of us if you so want!
  • You will appreciate that we are in a rural setting with limited waste disposal facilities by authorities. No plastic of any kind can be used or littered within the property. We request you to take plastic remains back with you! Includes diapers, sanitary napkins, packets, wrappers, balloons etc.
  • We encourage Friendly Self Service.
  • Deposits, if any, will be refunded after inspecting room by care cater / manager. Please inform at least 1 hour before leaving.
  • We are all here on mother earth for a good time, so we expect everyone, you and us, to keep things healthy and amicable. Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
